We will be closed all day on Thursday November 28th for Thanksgiving and will reopen on Friday the 29th.
Battle of Nashville Symposium - December 13
Belmont Mansion is partnering with Historic Travellers Rest on a two-day symposium of lectures and tours in recognition of the 160th anniversary of the Battle of Nashville. Join us Friday evening, for a lecture in the Grand Salon of Belmont Mansion. A dessert reception will precede the speaking portion of the evening.
David Alford's Southern Christmas Sampler - December 2024
David Alford returns this holiday with a variety of Christmas stories and songs including his rendition of Truman Capote’s “A Christmas Memory” with original music by Paul Carrol Binkley.
David and Paul will be joined by Jenny Littleton and Erin Ramsey, and musicians Antonia Ferguson, Russell Davis, and Brad Albin to share Christmas tales along with musical favorites that tug on heartstrings and inspire memories of the season.
Presented in the beautifully decorated Grand Salon of the historic Belmont Mansion, this promises to be a highlight of Nashville’s end-of-year celebrations.
Dates:
December 18, 19, 20, & 27. Shows at 7:30. Doors open at 7:00.
December 22 & 29. Shows at 2:30. Doors open at 2:00.

December 31, 2024, and January 1, 2025, Belmont Mansion will be closed for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. We will re-open January 2nd.
Artistic Women and the Restoration of Belmont Mansion
Monday, March 3, 2025. 5:00 pm
Innovative Women Using Artistry and Science in the Restoration of Belmont Mansion is an evening lecture featuring three innovative artists who have made major contributions to the restoration of Belmont Mansion's Billiard Room. During the, all three will be speaking on the work they did, their artistic training and how it factored into their individual contributions to this major restoration project.
The evening is part of the Creative Professionals Lecture Series produced by the Watkins College of Art at Belmont University. The event is free and open to the public but advance reservations are requested.
