Wedding Receptions have a six (6) hour rental that includes set up and use of chairs, chair covers, tables, linens, four (4) iron candelabras and candles, three (3) iron plant stands, select silver table pieces, guest registry table, gift table, dressing rooms (if needed), and use of a concert grand piano, and kitchen. The mansion provides staff to set up all mansion-provided ammenities.

1) Mix-and-Mingle Style Reception with Standing Capacity of 150 people
Rental includes set up and use of scattered chairs for limited seating, chair covers, four (4) serving tables with linens, select silver table pieces, guest registry table, gift table, dressing rooms for both bride and groom, and use of a concert grand piano, and kitchen.
2) Seated/ Formal Reception 100 guest and 12 bridal party capacity
Rental includes set up and use of chairs, chair covers, tables, linens, select silver table pieces, guest registry table, gift table, dressing rooms for both bride and groom, and use of a concert grand piano, and kitchen.
