Rev. Brandon Rich, Director of Weddings & Rentals

Friends and Family Elopement

Welcome to Belmont Mansion’s Elopement page! You may be looking for options for elopement weddings in Nashville around CMA Fest or some other event or maybe you want to get married in Nashville during a visit to one of Music City’s great attractions such as the Grand Ole Opry, the Schermerhorn Symphony Center, or TPAC just to name a few.  Regardless of what brings you to Nashville, or even if you live here in town, if you are looking for an elopement or intimate wedding or a renewal of vows, we can help! We have three elopement options for you to consider.

ELOPEMENT PACKAGE: “Friends and Family” $750 — Reservations Required

Belmont Mansion is one of the best places to elope in Nashville, TN! In addition to our traditional wedding packages we have designed an affordable option that allows you to elope or renew your vows with a few friends and family at Belmont Mansion. This package is available during times when the mansion is not open for tours and not previously booked for traditional weddings or other events. The mansion may choose not accept a Friends and Family booking on a holiday or during peak times for weddings which may include Friday evenings, Saturday evenings and Sunday evenings in the Spring, Fall and December.  The mansion reserves the right to refuse a Friends and Family booking on any Saturday evening when demand is high for traditional bookings. The mansion may choose to accept an elopement booking during peak times if the request is made only a few weeks or days out from the requested date. The mansion reserves the right to assess a surcharge for bookings on holidays. No couples should arrive at the mansion unannounced expecting to get married without a confirmed appointment. Reservations are required.

The mansion will provide four (4) iron candelabras and candles, changing rooms for bride and groom, use of our grand piano,  the mansion’s resident officiant, a day-of-ceremony coordinator and a beautiful setting for your ceremony.  The mansion’s Director of Weddings & Rentals serves as our resident officiant and will provide the couple with ceremony sample options and will customize the vows, provided there is sufficient time between the booking and the ceremony. The Assistant Director or one of the staff coordinators will also provide day-of-wedding coordination.

The Friends and Family Elopement is a unique option for weddings and vow renewals that is less than a traditional wedding but more than our  Getaway Elopement and much more than a courthouse elopement. This option is designed to be an affordable yet elegant way to get married or renew wedding vows with an intimate group of your closest friends and family with a wedding package that provides most of the basic needs at a wedding ceremony including the venue, parking, chairs, candelabras, grand piano, officiant, day-of-wedding/renewal coordinator and in-house options for other vendors not included in the package price including photography, musicians, flowers, cake designer and bridal transportation.

Each Friends and Family Elopement Wedding is planned and officiated by the Director of Weddings & Rentals, unless he assigns supervision and officiating to others. The couple is provided wedding ceremony samples and other planning tools upon booking. An Assistant Director of Weddings & Rentals or Event Coordinator will also be present to assist the Director with day-of-wedding coordination and ceremony direction. Due to the nature of this unique package and limitations of time and flow of the venue, outside officiants and outside wedding coordinators are not permitted. Outside ministers may participate in a ceremony, but shall not preside. Outside coordinators may assist the couple, but the Director and Assistant Director will run the event. Further, the timeline of the wedding or renewal will be planned and executed by the Director of Weddings & Rentals and his event staff team.
