Weddings and other rental events are booked on a first come, first served basis. Most bookings are secured with a signed contract and security deposit. General event rentals (non-wedding) are customized and priced based on the type and size of the event and length of the event. We welcome last-minute wedding and event bookings when we have availability. Contact Rev. Rich for details.

Weddings and Rentals at Belmont Mansion have access to all parking lots and garages on the Belmont University campus, subject to availability. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the closest parking spaces will be available, but we will make every effort to accomodate your guests.

All regularly booked large weddings and rental events take place after museum tours conclude or before tours begin. (Daily museum tours are conducted Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am through 4:00 pm and on Sunday from 1:00 pm through 4:00 pm. The last tour begins by 3:30 pm.)  Due to parking considerations, m0st weddings and rental events take place on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays during evening hours, after 4:00 pm. Most weddings and all non-wedding rental events take place inside the mansion in the Grand Salon. Contact the Director of Weddings & Rentals for details.
