Belmont Mansion is an ideal venue for a wide range of events including, but not limited to concerts, recitals, holiday, anniversary or birthday parties, corporate functions, poetry readings, theatrical productions, high school proms or other dances, memorials, religious or cultural functions, art shows, exhibitions…the list could go on for some time! We have a long history of opening our doors to many types of rental events. In addition to our pre-packaged options for weddings and photo sessions, we welcome other types of rentals as well.
WEDDING REHEARSAL DINNER & SMALL DINNER PARTY: Capacity of 50 Guests $500.00
We are pleased to host your Wedding Rehearsal Dinner or Small Party. The mansion may be available for these small events on Thursday, Friday or Sunday evenings, subject to availability. Please keep in mind that during certain busy seasons of the year we may not be able to offer a small event rental on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday due to wedding ceremony and reception bookings. Small event bookings may be available during the week, but available parking must be considered depending on the time of year.
Rehearsal dinners and small parties are allowed a four (4) hour rental with a maximum capacity of fifty (50) guests. All tables, chairs, and tablecloths are included as well as use of the mansion’s grand piano and kitchen facility. The $500 rental fee does not include food and beverage. Events requiring a larger guest count or more time may upgrade their event for additional fees. Large groups will be required to book a Reception Package. Please contact the Director of Weddings & Rentals for a menu from our premier caterer and to hear more details. Also, please note that Belmont Mansion does not allow the consumption of alcohol.
GENERAL EVENT RENTALS (Non-Wedding)
Belmont Mansion is an ideal setting for a wide range of events including art showings, lectures, memorials, recitals and concerts, just to name a few. We can customize a rental for your event based on the type of event, number of guests and length of time needed. Keep in mind that Belmont Mansion is open for museum tours seven days a week, so rental events are only available after 4:00 pm. Further, Belmont Mansion and the surrounding campus is a no-alcohol and no-tobacco venue.
