120 Person Ceremony Capacity. Up to 150 Person Reception Standing Capacity or 100 Guest and 12 Bridal Party Capacity
Rental includes all items listed under the Large Wedding Indoor Ceremony plus your type of reception (seated or mix-and-mingle).
Wedding and Receptions rentals have a seven (7) hour rental on the day of the event. Access to the mansion begins at 4:00 pm and all ceremonies are scheduled at 6:00, 6:30 or 7:00 pm. The mansion will close after the reception at 11:00 pm. The rental includes the set up and use of up to one hundred twenty (120) chairs with partial chair covers, four (4) iron candelabras and candles, iron plant stants, three (3) marble-top tables, gift table, guest registry table, dressing area for both bride and groom and use of our concert grand piano. The mansion provides staff to set up all mansion-provided ammenities.
According to your capacity please choose either “mix-and-mingle” or “seated” configuration for the reception.
1) Mix-and-Mingle Style Reception with Standing Capacity of 150 people
Rental includes set up and use of scattered chairs for limited seating, chair covers, four (4) serving tables with linens, select silver table pieces, guest registry table, gift table, dressing rooms for both bride and groom, and use of a concert grand piano, and kitchen.
2) Seated/ Formal Reception 100 guest capacity and 12 bridal party capacity
Rental includes set up and use of chairs, chair covers, tables, linens, select silver table pieces, guest registry table, gift table, dressing rooms for both bride and groom, and use of a concert grand piano, and kitchen.
