Dinners at Belmont Mansion (Minimum of 20)

Make your next soiree one to be talked about for months to come!  At $40 to $50 per person, an evening at Belmont Mansion is not only an elegant one, but also an affordable one.  Following a sumptuous dinner and dessert, you will be treated to the stories of Belmont Mansion and Adelicia Acklen, via a personally-guided house tour.  Period music and live entertainment, provided by performers that run the gamut from Bluebird Café songwriters to virtuosi of the Nashville Symphony Orchestra, will further enliven your visit and make your experience at Belmont Mansion a memorable one.

Belmont Mansion is available for your next event Sunday evenings through Friday evenings with a minimum of 25 guests and a maximum of 85 guests. Please call 615-460-5459 for details or reservations.

Brunches, Lunches, and Tours, Oh My! (Minimum of 20)

If you are not looking to hold an evening event, you can also book the Belmont Mansion’s elegant Grand Salon for lunches and brunches every day of the week.  To view the pricing options, please click on the menu. The guest minimum for a lunch or brunch with a personally-guided tour is 20, the guest maximum is 90.

Catering at Belmont Mansion 

For groups of 15 to 96 guests, our versatile caterers can provide everything from tasteful lunches and brunches to classy teas and festive Christmas wassails, all at a reasonable cost, and serve them by your choosing, be it a plated meal or elaborate buffet. The price on the menu includes your menu selection, tax, gratuity, tables, chairs, place settings, linens, wait staff and a personally-guided tour for your guests.  To further accommodate your needs, additional menu selections are available upon request.  The single menu selection must be made at least two weeks in advance, with a final head count provided one week in advance. Because we are located on a college campus, we cannot serve alcoholic beverages.

Progressive Lunch or Dinner Tours (Group of 25 or more)

History buffs will go crazy for this tour option! Picture – three historic house museums, each with a distinctly different history, in a five hour, progressive lunch or dinner tour. First, enjoy light hors d’oeuvres and a tour at Traveller’s Rest, followed by dinner and a tour at Belle Meade Plantation, and round out the evening with coffee, desserts, and a tour at Belmont Mansion. Curators Tour (Minimum of 10)

The history of Belmont Mansion and Adelicia Acklen is a lengthy, full, colorful story and completely impossible to tell in its entirety in a regular hour tour! The Curator’s tour, an hour and a half experience led by our Curator of Collections, offers a more in-depth and detailed story, for groups of 10 to 40 guests. Make the most of your Belmont Mansion experience at just $15 per person.
