Belmont Mansion Association’s mission is to restore, preserve, and stimulate appreciation for Belmont Mansion, a unique cultural landmark and an embodiment of the antebellum era. This mission is achieved through a commitment to historic accuracy and dedication to the legacy of Adelicia Acklen and her family.

Belmont Mansion Association maintains its historic site accredidation and solid financial standing as a nonprofit organization through support from its members, friends, and Belmont University, offering the opportunity to participate in, and perpetuate, the preservation of a unique and important contribution to our American heritage.

Our vision is to inspire others to emulate and uphold Adelicia Acklen’s passion for, and devotion to, the arts, education, and family through an unending desire to learn, travel and embrace new and different ways of life.
